• No referral from a physician is required.

• No paperwork is required until the end of the first appointment.

• Appointments can be terminated by you at any time and you will be billed only for the time used.

• Meetings are by appointment only.

• Appointments are billed for 1 hour, with meeting durations normally being 50 minutes, allowing for 10 minutes of note taking after the meeting.

Fees: Not covered by Nova Scotia Health Card (MSI), but we do accept third party insurance (e.g., Blue Cross, Manulife, Canada Life, and Employee Assistance Programs — EAP), as well as direct self-pay. From January 1, 2026, for new clients, the fee will be $210.00 per hour (50 minutes).
